At PERSADE, we strive to provide high-quality fitness accessories and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).
Certain items, such as personal hygiene products (e.g., resistance bands, yoga mats, or
wearable accessories), are non-returnable for health and safety reasons unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at alexandru@alexandru.website with your order details and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, processing begins, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
